Expected pay for this position is $36.04 - $42.40/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

The Program Manager Emergency Preparedness & Response is responsible for planning, coordinating, and developing the Emergency Preparedness Program for OSF HealthCare across the organization. Serves as a liaison between the organization, local entities, and community partners for disaster preparedness. Collaborates with appropriate OSF HealthCare and hospital committees to ensure compliance with regulatory standards related to emergency preparedness.
