Responsibilities

• Oversee the whole program, including sub-projects managed by different project managers.
• Manage program interactions across project managers/teams to ensure alignment.
• Deliver successful program outcomes within budget, timeline, and quality constraints.
• Lead and/or coordinate cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully-developed products ready for customer use.
• Conduct daily program management across the program/product life-cycle and define program governance.
