Job summary

Three Wire Systems is seeking a Program Manager for an anticipated Employee Assistance Program supporting DoD civilian employees worldwide. The role involves coordinating with DoD/WHS, managing staff, budgets, and monthly reporting, and ensuring compliance with COR guidance.

The position requires 5+ years in project management, mastery of MS Word/Excel, and a Master’s or equivalent graduate degree. Travel and security clearances may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in project management, including budget reconciliation and data management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated Program Manager, supporting all aspects of the DoD EAP program.
• Develop guidelines for identifying employees who need help and refer them appropriately.
• Oversee contractor staff performance and deliverables; support DoD program requirements.
