Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Manager for the PHISH support services on the GSMO II IDIQ at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. You will lead cost, schedule, quality and risk management for a large, multi-faceted IT program with DoD customers and senior stakeholders.

The role requires an active TS with SCI eligibility, strong leadership, and collaboration with government teams, contractors, and Leidos leadership. Onsite work is expected in Alexandria, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with programs of similar size and complexity (50-100 FTEs; Defensive Cyber).
• Advanced planning, directing, and managing projects/operations in large programs.
• Experience researching and fielding new technologies.
• Experience procuring IT hardware and software.
• Experience in defensive cyber operations.
• Proven ability to work with government customers, technical staff, and senior managers.
• Strong follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial, technical, administrative, contractual, and personnel aspects of the contract.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate contractor activities per PWS.
• Coordinate with third parties to enable integrated mission support.
• Present regular executive briefings to the government on contract performance.
• Update stakeholders on productivity and quality assurance.
• Ensure all work complies with contract terms and internal approvals.
• Ensure staffing and collaboration across the team for Leidos success.
• Support delivery of CDRLs and adherence to requirements.
• Coordinate with government customers to understand technical needs.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Establish an inclusive work environment aligned with Leidos values.
