Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Program Manager to lead the GSMO II PHISH Support Services Task Order in the Alexandria, VA area. The role requires coordinating cost, schedule, quality, and risk while interfacing with government leads and CORs.

The PM will direct cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with contract terms, and drive performance for 180+ FTEs across a complex DoD cyber defense program. Active TS/SCI eligibility is required for onsite work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience with programs of similar size and complexity.
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge in planning, directing, and managing projects/operations.
• Experience with researching and fielding new technologies.
• Procurement experience for IT hardware and software.
• Experience in defensive cyber operations.
• Strong collaboration with government customers and senior managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, quality and risk for the contract.
• Oversee project schedules and coordinate contractor activities per PWS.
• Interface with third parties to enable integrated mission support.
• Present regular executive briefings to government stakeholders.
• Ensure contract work complies with terms and receives approvals.
• Staff the program and coordinate with teammates for Leidos success.
• Support delivery of CDRLs and maintain customer relationships.
• Identify and mitigate risks and seize opportunities.
