Job summary

Swift in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a Program Manager to ensure cost, schedule, and performance on a government contract. You will liaise with the CO, COR, and Government PM, directing skilled staff and delivering progress reports.

The role emphasizes risk management, cost control, and contract performance oversight. The candidate will coordinate requirements analysis, schedule tracking, and quality assurance activities, while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and ICD 801 guidelines.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a program or project manager on similarly scoped contracts.
• Experience in requirements analysis, resource allocation, costing, tracking deliverables, and reporting.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
• PMP, FAC-P/PM Entry Level, or DAWIA Level 1 in Program Management.
• US citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, budgets) on the contract.
• Review and approve earned value, ETC, funds and man-hour reports.
• Review and allocate management reserve within contract limits.
• Ensure cross-discipline integration to meet Government needs.
• Coordinate with Government PM and contractor leadership.
• Prepare program status reviews for Government presentation.
• Recruit and train program staff (direct and indirect).
• Ensure timely release of financial and technical reports to Government.
