Job summary

Community Options, Inc. is seeking a Residential Program Manager in Lawrence Township, New Jersey, covering Mercer, Monmouth, Middlesex, Somerset, and Hunterdon Counties. The role leads a team delivering person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and supports day-to-day operations to meet program goals.

Starting pay is $54,500 per year. Responsibilities include staffing, program development, family communication, and ensuring compliance with ISP/PCP,

Qualifications

• Two years’ full-time work experience in supporting people with disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Knowledge of state regulatory agency operations and standards relevant to supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.
• Lead team through training, performance management, staff meetings and recognition.
• Develop and implement activity programs and Meaningful Day curriculum.
• Communicate with families and guardians as needed.
• Ensure ISP/PCP guidance, medication management, meal planning, and behavior management is followed.
• Maintain accurate program documentation and billable records.
