AZAK in Denver, CO is seeking a Mission Success Manager to oversee high-stakes demonstrations, events, and post-award opportunities in defense tech. You will drive planning, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Operations to ensure field readiness.

You thrive in ambiguity, manage rigorous documentation, and travel frequently to international events, delivering momentum from demonstrations to follow-on opportunities while upholding exceptional standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record overseeing complex events, demonstrations, or military exercises.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to rapidly adapt to shifting priorities.
• Understanding of defense sector documentation and regulatory requirements.
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including international events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, logistics, and execution of high-stakes demonstrations, field exercises, and defense technology competitions.
• Manage and compile technical, logistical, and regulatory documentation for participation in defense events.
• Maintain momentum after demonstrations with post-award follow-on opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure field readiness and alignment with production.
• Coordinate on-site vehicle mobility demonstrations in varied environments.
