Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to join the Critical Projects Implementation team. You will support CPI Project Managers with vendor onboarding, access, and compliance workflows, plus financial tracking and tool administration.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and attention to detail across cross-functional teams. This position is based at data center facilities with global scope.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• 2+ years of program or project coordination/administration experience.
• 2+ years of experience in construction, data center, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience with vendor management and onboarding workflows.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Procore, Smartsheet, or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Vendor onboarding, access management, and documentation.
• Financial tracking, contract approvals, and PO issue management across projects.
• Configure Procore project shells and maintain data quality; track warehouse inventory.
• Monitor SLA targets, enforce closeout action plans, and generate weekly reports.
