Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of program or project coordination/administration experience.
  • 2+ years in data centre or critical infrastructure environments.
  • Experience with vendor management and onboarding workflows.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Vendor onboarding, document management, and access requests across data centre facilities.
  • Monitor training compliance and submit tickets; escalate issues to project managers.
  • Follow up on CAR approvals, contract approvals and PO issues to maintain schedules.
  • Troubleshoot invoicing discrepancies and track PO utilisation with Finance/Procurement/DCSP.
  • Create Procore project shells, manage user access, and perform data quality checks.
  • Track warehouse inventory and collect inputs for business reviews.
  • Monitor and enforce SLA targets; generate weekly compliance reports.

Job description

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Manager to join the Critical Projects Implementation (CPI) team. CPI manages retrofit projects within operational data centre spaces, tasked with critical infrastructure improvement projects to optimise utilisation of space, power, and cooling within operational data centres around the globe. These activities are outside the scope of standard construction delivery and regular preventative maintenance tasks.

The Program Manager will provide essential operational and administrative support to CPI Project Managers by managing vendor onboarding, access and compliance workflows, financial tracking, tool administration and closeout enforcement. This role ensures the CPI team operates efficiently and maintains high standards of execution across all administrative functions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organisational skills, has a bias for action, and can independently manage multiple administrative workstreams while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. This role requires someone who is comfortable working across multiple systems and stakeholders to drive process compliance and remove barriers for project delivery teams.

Key job responsibilities
Vendor Onboarding & Access Management
  • Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding including documentation, system setup and badge/access requests across data centre facilities
  • Monitor training compliance and submit Door Masking/SGR tickets, escalating issues to project managers
Financial & Procurement Support
  • Follow up on CAR approvals, contract approvals and PO issues to maintain project schedules
  • Troubleshoot invoicing discrepancies and track PO utilisation by coordinating with Finance, Procurement and DCSP teams
Tool Administration & Data Quality
  • Create and configure Procore project shells, manage user access and conduct regular data quality checks
  • Track warehouse inventory (receipts, distribution, reconciliation) and collect inputs for business reviews
SLA Enforcement & Compliance
  • Monitor and enforce MCM and closeout action plan SLA targets, tracking submissions and execution timelines
  • Generate weekly compliance reports and escalated at-risk items to project managers
Basic Qualifications
  • High school or equivalent
  • 2+ years of program or project coordination/administration experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in construction, data centre or critical infrastructure environments
  • Experience with vendor management and onboarding workflows
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Procore, Smartsheet, or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management or related field
  • Experience with Amazon internal tools (MCM, Procore, ARIBA, COUPA or similar procurement systems)
  • Knowledge of data centre security protocols and access management systems
  • Experience supporting construction project closeout processes
  • Familiarity with PO lifecycle management and invoice reconciliation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications and location.
