Job summary

Oracle America, Inc. is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end program management for data center hardware and cloud growth. You will coordinate with engineering, supply chain, demand planning, sourcing and delivery teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a technical field and 6 years of experience, with strong Excel/SQL skills and Six Sigma/Lean process knowledge. Telecommuting options may be available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or implied for senior PM roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in data center or infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in data analysis, forecasting, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management with engineering, supply chain, and delivery teams.
• Develop and maintain scalable capacity and demand planning models for data center hardware.
• Drive cross-functional execution for infrastructure programs including go/no-go gates.
• Define inventory planning and transition strategies to optimize cost and reduce E&O.
• Communicate performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
