Job summary

Veeam Software, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager, Forward Deployed Engineering to support complex DataAI Security deployments across large, hybrid environments.

You will coordinate milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment from deployment through adoption, enabling FDEs to focus on architecture, integration, and delivery while translating progress into business updates for customers and executives. You will work with cross‑functional teams, manage multiple engagements, and leverage PM tools

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical project management or delivery roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex technical projects with clear ownership.
• Familiarity with data security or enterprise IT deployments preferred.
• Technical understanding of system architectures, APIs, and cloud environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence stakeholders.
• Proficient with PM tools: Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Jira.
• Understanding and experience with AI tools (Copilot, Claude).

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of complex FDE-led data governance and DataAI Security projects.
• Enforce project management controls; escalate and resolve issues promptly.
• Utilize PM tools to track milestones, report status, and flag risks.
• Coordinate customer stakeholder engagement across technical and business audiences.
• Develop knowledge of Securiti AI solutions and deployment patterns for adoption.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business language for timelines.
