The Program Manager manages a cadre of foreign language instructors to provide language training support services and instruction virtually or at the contractor's facility at both CONUS and OCONUS customer locations. The target audience includes DIA staff and Intelligence Community (IC) personnel. Training is delivered to individual students or to small groups generally not exceeding three students per class, at any of the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) levels of proficiency from 0 to 3. DIA's goals are to improve and increase the foreign language proficiency of the workforce to meet analytic, collection, and technical mission requirements.
