Purpose and Impact
This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs, security clearance verification, and funding availability. Amentum is seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead a large, mission‑critical intelligence support program for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This executive leader will serve as the Government’s primary point of contact and provide strategic leadership for a geographically dispersed workforce supporting multiple Integrated Intelligence Centers (IICs) across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.

0600 and 1800 – 8 hours M-F
Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface with Government leadership.
- Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all contract operations.
- Lead technical, operational, staffing, financial, and business activities.
- Manage workforce planning, recruiting, retention, succession planning, and employee development.
- Oversee program performance, quality assurance, schedule, cost, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), Government policies, and contractual requirements.
- Lead transition planning, surge operations, and workforce expansion efforts.
- Provide executive oversight to Team Leads supporting multiple regional and functional mission portfolios.
- Foster collaboration across Government, industry, and Intelligence Community stakeholders.
- Promote a mission‑focused culture centered on operational excellence, accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible leadership experience supporting the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or other national security organizations.
- Demonstrated experience serving as a Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager leading contracts supporting more than 200 full‑time personnel (FTEs).
- Demonstrated experience supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE), Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, or other Intelligence Community organizations performing intelligence analysis, mission integration, collection management, or intelligence operations.
- Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed workforces across multiple locations.
- Proven experience managing staffing, recruiting, retention, customer relationships, quality assurance, financial performance, subcontractor management, and program risk.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high‑performing teams while fostering employee engagement, professional development, and operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience briefing Senior Executive Service (SES), General Officers, Flag Officers, or equivalent senior Government leaders.
Security Clearance Required
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum Years of Experience
- Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible leadership experience supporting the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or other national security organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting DDGI, Integrated Intelligence Centers (IICs), or enterprise intelligence integration missions.
- Experience managing intelligence analysis or intelligence‑enabling service contracts exceeding 500 FTEs.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience leading large‑scale contract transitions and workforce stand‑up efforts.
- Demonstrated record of achieving exceptional employee retention, staffing performance, and customer satisfaction on Intelligence Community contracts.
Compensation Details
130,000 - 180,000

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
