Job summary

Zermount, Inc. seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead a federal cybersecurity architecture and engineering program. You will drive enterprise security modernization, cATO, cloud/hybrid security, and DevSecOps enablement, interfacing with Government stakeholders and mission partners.

The role requires strong RMF/ATO knowledge, ability to manage complex workstreams, and leadership in agile environments. Remote work is allowed with primary location in Arlington, VA, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, IT, or InfoSec.
• 8+ years in IT/cybersecurity programs; 5+ years leading delivery teams.
• Experience with RMF, NIST guidance, and federal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead federal cybersecurity architecture and engineering program delivery.
• Interface with Government stakeholders, leadership, and mission partners.
• Manage scope, staffing, schedule, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
• Develop IMS, sprint plans, risk registers, and status dashboards.
• Coordinate RMF modernization, cATO, DevSecOps, and AI security activities.
