Job summary

Sentar is seeking a Program Manager in Linthicum Heights, MD to provide overall management of Contractor personnel and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with the PWS, and maintaining effective government- contractor communications. The PM will track requirements, document activities for continuous monitoring, and oversee financial and business processes.

Authority to decide and alert the Government to issues is essential.

Qualifications

• Clearance level: TSSCI eligible.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience within the last ten years: managing a project or program of similar size and complexity to this PWS.
• Experience within the last five years: overseeing manpower requirements for projects similar in size and complexity to this PWS with diverse technical skill sets.
• Experience within the last five years: performing financial and performance monitoring of contracts (e.g., performance metrics).

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and oversight of Contractor personnel including subcontractors.
• Facilitate Government and Contractor communications using industry best standards and proven methodologies.
• Track and document requirements and activities for continuous monitoring and evaluation by the Government.
• Ensure all tasks are accomplished IAW this PWS; assist Government with financial and business processes.
• Maintain authority to make decisions for the Contractors organization and alert Government to issues.
