Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM programs and SailPoint implementation projects across multiple business units.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria aligned with security and compliance objectives.
• Establish program governance, reporting cadence, and communication plans for stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Track risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure proactive mitigation and escalation management.
• Technical Leadership (SailPoint IAM Platforms): oversee end-to-end delivery of SailPoint projects including integration, customization, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with IAM architects and engineers to define role-based access models, certification campaigns, and access governance workflows.
• Ensure successful integrations with AD, Azure AD, ServiceNow, HR systems, and application directories.
• Provide functional and technical oversight to ensure adherence to architecture and security standards.

Role Description

• Program Management Governance
• Lead and manage IAM programs and SailPoint implementation projects across multiple business units.

Operational Excellence

• Define KPIs and metrics for access governance, provisioning, and compliance posture.
• Drive continuous improvement in joiner‑mover‑leaver processes, access reviews, and entitlement management.
• Support audit, SOX, and regulatory compliance initiatives related to identity and access controls.
• Promote automation and process optimization to enhance user experience and reduce operational overhead.
