Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is seeking an experienced IAM engineer to design, develop, and implement secure IAM solutions across enterprise and cloud environments. You will manage provisioning, authentication, and authorization with a focus on scalable, role-based access controls.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of IAM experience and strong knowledge of SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock, plus hands-on scripting in Java, Python, or PowerShell.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IAM engineering and development experience.
• Strong experience with SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock or similar IAM tools.
• Solid understanding of SSO, MFA, LDAP, SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
• Manage provisioning, authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
• Conduct security assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable IAM solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IAM engineering and development.
• Strong expertise in SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or similar IAM tools.
• Solid understanding of SSO, MFA, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
• Proficiency in scripting/development (Java, Python, PowerShell, or similar).
• Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or IAM tool-specific) are a plus.
