Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced IAM Program Manager to lead SailPoint projects across business units. You will define scope, budgets, timelines, and governance, collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure secure, compliant access across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end SailPoint delivery, managing risks, and reporting milestones to executives, while ensuring AD/Azure AD, ServiceNow, and HR system integrations meet security standards

Qualifications

• 10 years of IT or cybersecurity experience with 5 years in IAM program management.
• Hands-on understanding of SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
• Experience leading IAM programs and SailPoint implementation projects.

• Partner with vendors and system integrators to align solution delivery with enterprise requirements.

Operational Excellence

• Define KPIs and metrics for access governance, provisioning, and compliance posture.
• Drive continuous improvement in joiner-mover-leaver processes, access reviews, and entitlement management.
• Support audit, SOX, and regulatory compliance initiatives related to identity and access controls.
• Promote automation and process optimization to enhance user experience and reduce operational overhead.
