The Program Manager, Employee Experience & Culture Transformation - PTx leads the design and delivery of employee experience and culture transformation programs that support the integration of PTx entities and a unified culture aligned with AGCO. The role applies specialized expertise in employee experience, culture, change and program management to interpret business challenges, recommend best practices and translate strategic objectives into executable global programs. Working independently with guidance in the most complex situations, the role leads cross-functional project teams and stakeholder networks, establishes program measures, manages delivery risks, and influences leaders and partners to adopt solutions that improve engagement, culture, and employee experience outcomes.
Align with the Director, EX & Culture and the PTx GHRBP to advance priorities emerging from the 2026 North Star Summit.
Align PTx initiatives with AGCO’s global culture strategy, VOICES insights, and enterprise transformation priorities.
Reinforce AGCO’s core cultural beliefs (e.g., Farmer First, Speak Up!, Team Up!) while enabling flexibility within PTx to sustain local identity.
Support the positioning of PTx as a strategic growth engine within AGCO, strengthening alignment between PTx and enterprise culture.
Design and deliver PTx-wide engagement initiatives (e.g., town halls, connection events) to promote transparency, alignment, and employee connection.
Own or coordinate the operating model for recurring PTx employee and leader forums, including annual cadence, agenda design, presenter readiness, content integration, production coordination, Q&A management, post-event materials, and continuous improvement.
Evaluate and optimize existing engagement activities, leveraging global tools and platforms to increase participation, belonging, and cultural cohesion.
Provide an audit of what tools and platforms can be accessed and where PTx IT support going forward is required.
Ensure key employee moments (e.g., onboarding, listening, recognition) are intentionally designed and aligned to both PTx and AGCO identity and processes.
Partner with Corporate Communications to develop and implement a sustainable communication strategy, including newsletters and targeted campaigns.
Utilize analytics to assess effectiveness of communication channels and continuously improve messaging strategies.
Ensure consistent, clear, and accessible communication that reinforces business priorities and transformation efforts in alignment with stated Organizational Change Management processes and controls.
Establish and maintain governance for PTx employee communication channels, including ownership, audience segmentation, distribution lists, publishing routes, access requirements, and approval responsibilities.
Lead the end-to-end development and coordination of PTx executive and leadership communications, including town halls, leader talking points, FAQs, video scripts, Q&A preparation, communication toolkits, and post-event follow-up.
Translate complex business, organizational, and transformation topics into clear, audience-appropriate messages for employees and people leaders.
Coordinate review and approval workflows with PTx leadership, HR, Corporate Communications, and other subject-matter owners.
Shape messaging to strengthen understanding of PTx’s role both within and outside of AGCO, their unique selling point / value proposition to help reinforce a unified organizational narrative
Design and coordinate PTx people-manager communication and engagement forums that equip leaders to reinforce culture, explain organizational changes, and respond consistently to employee questions.
Develop scalable leader toolkits, key messages, FAQs, discussion guides, and other resources that support effective team-level communication.
Partner with HR and business leadership to identify recurring manager capability needs and connect leaders with appropriate enterprise resources.
Continue building the Site Leader Engagement Network by leveraging VOICES data to identify location-specific engagement opportunities, supporting change management efforts and the transition toward the AGCO Culture Champion network.
Create scalable, self-service tools and resources to enable site-level engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
Act as a central coordination point to ensure alignment while supporting local customization.
Partner with the global Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to support PTx-related change initiatives, ensuring alignment and avoiding duplication.
Support Organizational Change Management with AI and Cultural Integration efforts as directed by the Director of Employee Experience and Culture and other stakeholders
Provide insights and recommendations to inform decision-making related to organizational effectiveness and cultural integration.
Protect and strengthen the distinct PTx identity while aligning with AGCO’s employer brand (“Where Extraordinary Grows”).
Support the evolution from a “PTx vs. AGCO” mindset to a unified narrative positioning PTx as integral to AGCO’s success in technology and innovation.
Enable storytelling, shared experiences, and leadership role modeling to reinforce desired cultural outcomes.
Aligning with the Director, Global Employee Experience & Culture to plan, execute, and monitor global EX & Culture programs aligned to AGCO’s strategic priorities.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality program execution.
Establish program success criteria, define performance metrics, and measure program impact to drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate and align cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, business leaders, vendors, and external partners, to ensure successful program delivery.
Manage program governance, including meeting facilitation, action tracking, and status reporting to senior leadership.
Oversee external partners and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring alignment with budget and program objectives.
Apply subject matter expertise and project management discipline to deliver scalable, sustainable employee experience solutions globally.
Support change management initiatives in alignment with global organizational change strategies.
Analyze complex organizational challenges and deliver practical, insight-driven solutions to enhance employee experience and culture.
Build strong partnerships with Global EX & Culture Program Managers, a network of ~50 Culture Champions, and key internal and external stakeholders.
Provide coordination and oversight of all parties involved in program execution to ensure alignment, accountability, and delivery against commitments.
Foster collaboration across regions and functions to balance global consistency with local relevance.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field
8 years of experience in employee experience, culture, HR programs, or organizational initiatives
Demonstrated experience managing projects or programs end-to-end, including planning, execution, and tracking outcomes
Experience working in a matrixed, global, or cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
Working knowledge of employee engagement, culture, and change management principles
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
Effective communication and presentation skills with experience delivering updates to stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with ability to leverage data to support decision-making

This position offers a base salary range of $95,000 to $120,000, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for a target annual bonus eligibility of 15% of base salary, as part of AGCO’s total rewards program.
This role follows AGCO’s on-site work model, with employees primarily working from an AGCO USA location (Tremont_IL OR Batavia_IL) for a 4 days per week to support collaboration and teamwork.
