Aegis Therapies in Hutchinson, MN is seeking a Program Manager for Outpatient Occupational Therapy to lead clinical teams in a resident-focused setting.

This full-time role emphasizes leadership, relationship-building with residents, families, and staff, and opportunities to develop administrative skills such as scheduling and liaison work with the Area Manager. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends or evenings.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
