Job summary

UC Irvine's Division of Continuing Education seeks a Program Manager to develop and oversee non-degree certificate programs and quarterly courses. You will plan curricula, hire instructors and manage schedules to hit annual financial targets.

You will build partnerships with industry and academic leaders while coordinating with Student Services and Marketing to ensure accurate information and effective course promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience/training.
• Continuing education in related field required.
• Advanced analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and implement non-degree certificate programs and quarterly courses for the Planning unit.
• Hire instructors and ensure quarterly schedules meet annual financial targets.
• Maintain relationships with industry professionals, associations and community members.
• Coordinate with DCE Student Services for current certificate program information and room assignments.
• Collaborate with Director and Marketing to ensure effective marketing for courses.
