Job summary

I-care Group in Clinton, IA seeks a Program Manager to design and execute asset health monitoring strategies. You will lead PdM workstreams, oversee data-driven assessments, and act as a technical lead and client consultant to optimize maintenance cycles.

This role requires 10+ years in maintenance or reliability, a engineering degree, and strong project leadership. You will coordinate teams, manage schedules, ensure safety compliance, and deliver measurable reliability improvements for critical

Qualifications

10+ years in maintenance, condition monitoring, or plant operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required; CMRP/CRE is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead PdM workstreams using advanced monitoring technologies to assess asset health and prevent failures.
Drive technical assessments and trend analysis to identify degradation and produce actionable reports.
Own the full project lifecycle from planning to execution, coordinating teams and contractors.
Act as a technical advisor to bridge data collection and maintenance action and educate clients on predictive tools.
Integrate PdM findings into broader reliability efforts including RCA, FMEA, and PM optimization.
Ensure OSHA and client safety standards are met with authority to stop work when needed.
