The Compliance Program Manager is a key contributor to the Compliance Department’s goals and objectives and helps ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the Compliance Program.**Education:*** BA/BS degree in business, healthcare administration, health information management, public health, or a related field **required**. Relevant experience in a related healthcare or compliance may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.**Experience:*** 3–5 years of healthcare compliance experience required, preferably in a hospital, health system, or other provider setting.
