The Opportunity...
The Community Solar Program Manager will work under the supervision of the Sr. Director, Equitable Community Solar and play a crucial role in the development and management of community solar programs across assigned states. This position requires a versatile individual who is passionate about expanding solar access, can manage complexity and interface with a wide range of stakeholders.

This position may require 10%-25% out-of-town travel to regional offices and special projects. Availability to work nights and weekends may be required.
GRID Alternatives may provide vehicles for work travel and/or travel reimbursement for personal vehicle use. In this instance, applicants must hold a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record.

This is a full-time, exempt position. Salary pay commensurate with experience within the pay band ($80k-90k annually), plus the benefits listed below.
