Responsibilities

• Provide overall program management and coordination of a human services program area.
• Prepare and review grant proposals and monitor program grants for compliance.
• Develop programs and organize/direct special projects.
• Assess community needs and develop community resources to meet those needs.
• Coordinate agency and community resources and programs.
• Plan, organize and oversee activities of staff and volunteers.
• Communicate with supervisors, colleagues, clients, agencies, and the public.
• Present plans and policy recommendations and program budgets for approval.
