Job summary

The Klarman Family Foundation seeks a Program Manager to lead day-to-day outreach and analysis for a new capital funding initiative aimed at strengthening communities of color in Massachusetts. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day outreach and analysis for the capital funding initiative in Massachusetts.
• Coordinate with partners and maintain a pulse on community assets and needs across the Commonwealth.
• Support the Foundation’s evolving place-based initiatives and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with the Director, Local Initiatives and Partnerships to ensure timely execution and reporting.
