Responsibilities

• Execute CBDP and Commercial Summer Internship Program end-to-end.
• Oversee onboarding, training delivery, operations, and improvements.
• Coordinate with HR, recruiting, and leadership to align programs with priorities.
• Assist with recruitment strategy, interview selection, and hiring processes.
• Provide operational support for strategy, budgeting, governance, and reporting.
• Document and resolve project deficiencies and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop knowledge of project management practices and share best practices.
• Support senior management with assigned deliverables.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to support unit planning.
