Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in program management, community relations, advocacy, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build durable relationships across sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to grow established programs toward defined targets and launch new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Grow Student to Student into new schools and new partner categories with a defined growth target.
• Coordinate inter-communal convenings to build cross-community solidarity.
• Grow The Finest Community Coalition with regular meetings and annual full-coalition gathering.
• Project-manage and train advocacy delegations to Sacramento and Washington, coordinating briefing books and schedules.
• Conduct outreach and engage civic leaders across San Diego County.
• Pilot new initiatives with an entrepreneurial, test-and-learn approach.
• Own the department's evaluation tracker and metrics scorecard.
• Maintain clean, current data for programs, participation, and relationships.
• Compile data for internal and grant reporting.
• Represent the Federation within and outside the Jewish community.
