Job summary

The David Merage Foundation for Confronting Antisemitism is seeking a Program Manager to build and run the Running to Lead program from the ground up in the United States. You will partner with the Executive Director to design, recruit participants, coordinate trainers, and track outcomes in a mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in program management, campaigns, civic engagement, or leadership development.
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects.
• Knowledge of campaign dynamics, electoral politics, or public leadership pathways.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Openness to diverse viewpoints and belief in personal growth and self-reflection.

Responsibilities

• Program Operations: Manage day-to-day logistics, planning, and evaluation across trainings and cohorts.
• Curriculum & Faculty Coordination: Coordinate trainers and subject matter experts; refine training content.
• Participant Recruitment & Cohort Management: Lead outreach and participant support throughout the program.
• Evaluation & Reporting: Track metrics and report insights to leadership and funders; drive improvements.
