This is a newly created position , an exciting opportunity to build and own a program from the start. If you've spent time working on political campaigns and felt the grind of the election cycle, this role offers something rare in that world: stability, a comprehensive benefits package, and real room for growth within a mission-driven organization. You'll work directly alongside the Executive Director, bringing structure, process, and energy to a program that is just getting off the ground.

As Program Manager, you will be the operational engine behind Running to Lead. This isn't a support role, it’s a builder role.
