• Ability translating Change Management complexity for nontechnical audiences.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating general expertise.

Responsibilities

• Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Monitor work quality and flag issues before they escalated.
• Keep Written Communication handoffs warm so Milwaukee partners never feel dropped.
• Turn ambiguous Process Improvement requests into shipped, measurable outcomes.
• Guard the Community Impact Foundation customer experience through every Change Management change.
• Carry general projects from napkin sketch to Milwaukee, WI rollout.
