Job summary

GESMV is seeking an employment specialist to support program participants in attaining and sustaining employment. You will coordinate with participants, employers, and referral sources while ensuring compliance with funding requirements and accurate case management.

You will develop Individual Service Plans, track progress, and maintain compliant documentation while promoting the agency’s services and mission.

Qualifications

• Must hold a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain necessary records and submit weekly reports.
• Develop an Individual Service Plan for each participant and update quarterly.
• Apply intensive motivational and follow-along services to meet employer standards.
• Communicate with referral sources and support networks regarding participant progress.
• Assist participants in developing work relationships with supervisors and peers.
• Ensure paperwork complies with agency guidelines and regulations.
