JST is a full-time remote position seeking a Program Manager/Business Analyst/Configuration Manager to support our team. The role involves requirements gathering for DoD Air Force lifecycles, HR systems, and agile development within a government context.

Qualifications

• Minimum of twelve years experience.
• BS Degree preferably but relevant experienced considered.
• Must have experience with Oracle HR Systems.
• Ability to run Oracle SQL using SQL Developer/Oracle SQL Plus/TOAD.
• Understand Oracle Tables/Code in conjunction with Oracle Development.
• Strong familiarity with Agile Software Development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Atlassian Tool Set (Jira/Confluence)
• Experience working with Air Force government clients

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements following DoD Air Force lifecycle from recruitment to retirement.
• Understand HR functionality with Military Personnel Data Systems.
• Client facing with negotiation and decision support.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Document and coordinate with Oracle Development team to ensure code meets requirements.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum framework.
• Liaise between development and test teams with the product owner.
• Coordinate with Government System Managers and Configuration Management on enhancements.
• Document business case, outcomes, and ROI from stakeholders.
• Communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.

Overview

JST is currently seeking aProgram Manager/Business Analyst/Configuration Manager to support our team.

PM/BA/CM Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering with reference to Dept of the Air Force lifecycles of Recruitment through retirement.
• Ability to understand HR functionality with Military Personnel Data Systems.
• Client facing with an ability to negotiate and aide in the decision-making process.
• Writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Ability to document and work with Oracle Development team, understand code meets the requirements.
• Experience and knowledge working in an Agile/Scrum development framework
• Collaborate with the product owner serving as the liaison between the development and test teams.
• Collaborate with the d evelopment team, Government System Managers and Configuration Management team on enhancements and streamlining of Configuration Items initiated by the development teams.
• Gathers pre-implementation and post-implementation facts (from customer stakeholders) to document Business Case, outcomes achieved, and ROI delivered.
• Effectively coordinates risks and opportunities to leadership.
