Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the DLA DSCC Building Control Systems/Utility Control Systems Operations and Maintenance contract. The PM will interface with the KO, COR, and government stakeholders to ensure requirements are met, standards complied with, and security controls implemented.

The role requires directing contract operations, developing PMPs and related plans, and coordinating staffing, budgets, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience managing facilities maintenance contracts.
• Knowledge of codes and standards applicable to maintenance services.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CAC.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage contract operations, personnel, subcontractors, schedules, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with PWS requirements, including HVAC, BAS, plumbing, electrical, and cybersecurity.
• Develop and execute PMP, QCP, Safety, EPP, and Staffing Plans.
• Serve as primary contractor representative to the Government.
• Manage staffing, labor utilization, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Lead monthly status meetings and prepare MSRs.
• Coordinate outages and contingency operations.
• Support inspections, audits, exercises, and readiness events.
