Job Description

We are seeking a Program Manager, Process Improvement to lead initiatives focused on optimizing and scaling business processes across the organization. Ideally based on the East Coast, though open to remote candidates, this individual will partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate current workflows, identify process gaps, and implement sustainable improvements. A key focus will be enhancing the team's current SharePoint-based documentation approach by creating clear process maps and flowcharts using BPM tools such as SAP Signavio and establishing an effective process management framework. This role will drive efforts from discovery and root cause analysis through solution design, implementation, and performance measurement, while also leveraging technology to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, collaborative, and passionate about continuous improvement and change management.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience with Business Process Mapping and Modeling (BPMN processes and SAP Signavio)
