Horizon Health and Wellness, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to guide and supervise daily operations, ensuring staff performance and high-quality care in the Casa Grande area.

The role requires collaboration with team members and active participation in community meetings. Must have a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with 3 years of Social Services experience, or a Master’s in Social Work or related field; AzBBHE license is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum three (3) years Social Services experience OR Masters in Social Work or related field preferred.
• AzBBHE License is strongly preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience managing, supervising or leading teams.

Responsibilities

• The Program Manager is responsible for providing guidance, training and supervision relating to all day-to-day job duties and performance by assigned staff.
• The Program Manager will coordinate and review work; maintain standards; monitor status of work in progress; review completed work assignments; answer questions; provide guidance and direction as needed.
• The Program Manager will represent the agency and attend community meetings.
