Job summary

Geisinger Health Plan Hughes Center in Danville, PA is hiring for a full-time program manager. REQUIRES: Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years of management/supervisory experience; previous healthcare or behavioral health experience is preferred.

You will oversee day-to-day administration, implement and supervise programs, manage budgeting and reporting, guide a diverse team, and drive goals for quality, safety and customer satisfaction in a collaborative office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Required) and minimum 3 years managing people, processes, or projects.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health preferred.
• Leadership and program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight, including administration, implementation, supervision, communication and strategy of the program.
• Manages assigned team members including supervision, evaluation and administrative duties.
• Develops and manages programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Creates and manages long-term goals.
• Develops a budget and operating plan for the program.
• Develops an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Manages a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
• Ensures goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
• Implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Produces accurate and timely reporting of program status.
• Analyzes program risks and makes adjustments as appropriate.

Job Duties
