We're working with an established US avionics business - decades of product heritage, recently spun out and now independent, and rebuilding at real pace. An engineer at heart who has grown into programme leadership - someone who understands the technology deeply, but leads the whole programme, not just the schedule. You own outcomes rather than administer them. You read both risk and opportunity early. And you do your best work when things move fast, priorities shift, and you're trusted to make the call.
