Job summary

OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a seasoned Program Manager for Aviation Supply Support. This role requires overseeing a ~60-person program in a dynamic environment and coordinating with government customers on status, guidance and reporting.

Qualified candidates will have a SECRET clearance, a BA/BS, and at least 15 years in program management within supply systems or logistics. The position involves compliance and liaison duties across field operations.

• Supports Mobile Node Operations, travel controls, warehouse lease management, packaging and overseas personnel contact management.

• Communicates with customer to provide status and accept communication, guidance, or direction. Works with the customer on a daily basis as required, to ensure currency for specific areas of responsibility and provides a simplified weekly update. Provides analysis, process recommendations, and performs management support.
• Performs problem solving via coordination for forward deployed TARP Reps, eRMS monitoring/activity assignment management, including deployments, task order/cost proposal management, subcontract management, training plan management, SITSUM preparation, Marine Corps Command liaison including special reporting, operations management meeting agenda/facilitation.
• Participates in TARP Field Team Brief Presentations, VTCs/phone calls as requested/needed.
• Provides support for Mobile Node Operations (set up, operations, ATAC coordination, compliance with local country laws, and reporting), travel controls and management, warehouse lease management plus related packaging and container supplies management and overseas personnel contact management. Position Requirements:
