Job summary

Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) in Arlington, VA seeks a Program Manager for Autonomy Digital Platforms. You will architect and lead software pipelines, cloud-to-edge infrastructure, and virtual testing environments to accelerate autonomous systems development and fielding.

The role requires coordinating with contractors and end-users to deliver safe, scalable autonomy capabilities within a DoW context and a fast-paced, mission-focused program.

Responsibilities

• Scale the DoW Autonomy Platforms & Software Pipelines: lead automated pipelines and architectures for rapid software iterations and secure deployment to field platforms.
• Architect Cloud-to-Edge Infrastructure: direct the development of a secure, distributed digital architecture from enterprise cloud to tactical edge devices.
• Lead Modeling, Simulation, & Virtual Testing: oversee virtual testbeds, simulation environments, and digital twins to validate autonomous behaviors before fielding.
• Lead UxS Standards & Interoperability: establish technical standards and open architectures to ensure seamless integration across autonomous platforms and C2 systems.
• Execute Programmatic & Portfolio Leadership: budget, plan, and execute large-scale software acquisition and engineering efforts with diverse contractors and end-users.
