This generalist role emphasizes independence, urgency, and collaboration with operators, engineers, and vendors to deliver end-to-end capabilities.

Candidates should have experience across military operations, DoD acquisition, and AI or autonomy, and be willing to travel.

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience in at least two of: military operations, commercial technology, DoD acquisition, technical program management, autonomy, robotics, or AI.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical programs with outcomes, schedules, budgets, risks, and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive momentum with incomplete information.
• Technical fluency to decompose problems and engage with engineers and operators.
• Strong written and verbal communication across operational, technical, commercial and acquisition communities.
• U.S. citizenship and Top Secret eligibility.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex operational needs into clear problem statements, objectives, evaluation criteria, and acquisition strategies.
• Identify and assess commercial technologies and capabilities relevant to DoD needs.
• Lead multidisciplinary programs with operators, engineers, acquisition personnel, contracting, and vendors.
• Manage outcomes, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations through transition.
• Develop competitive solicitation, prototyping, and contracting strategies.
• Design operational assessments to generate credible evidence and user feedback.
• Work with vendors to resolve barriers and enable transition to production.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, and recommendations to senior government and industry.
• Build enduring partnerships across services, commands, and industry.
