ArtiFlex Automation is seeking a proactive Program Manager to lead automation projects from kickoff to launch, partnering with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to deliver solutions that impact operations.

You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, risks, and budgets, and drive continuous improvement while developing your program management skills in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Exposure to multi-team projects with suppliers or customers.

What You'll Do

• Support and lead automation programs through the full project lifecycle, from kickoff through customer launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, installation, and quality, to keep projects moving forward and ensure successful execution.
• Help manage project schedules, milestones, scope changes, risks, and customer expectations.
• Partner with technical teams to solve problems and ensure successful project execution.
• Support project financial performance through cost tracking, change management, and disciplined decision-making.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and opportunities with internal teams, leadership, and customers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that strengthen how we execute automation projects.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for someone who is ready to take the next step into Program Management. You may not have held the title of Program Manager, but you have likely gained valuable experience through roles where you have helped coordinate activities, solve problems, and work across teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a manufacturing, automation, engineering, or technical environment.
• Exposure to projects involving multiple teams, departments, suppliers, or customers.
• Experience helping organize, coordinate, or contribute to projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both technical teams and customers.
• A natural ability to take ownership, stay organized, and keep projects moving.
• A desire to grow technical, business, and leadership skills within Program Management.
