Job summary

ArtiFlex Automation is seeking a proactive program management professional to lead automation projects from kickoff to launch, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to deliver solutions that impact our customers’ operations.

This role offers hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules and risks, and shaping the financial performance of projects while developing technical, business, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, automation, engineering, or technical environment.
• Exposure to projects involving multiple teams, departments, suppliers, or customers.
• Experience helping organize, coordinate, or contribute to projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both technical teams and customers.
• A natural ability to take ownership, stay organized, and keep projects moving.
• A desire to grow technical, business, and leadership skills within Program Management.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead automation programs through the full project lifecycle, from kickoff through customer launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources, including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, installation, and quality, to keep projects moving forward and ensure successful execution.
• Help manage project schedules, milestones, scope changes, risks, and customer expectations.
• Partner with technical teams to solve problems and ensure successful project execution.
• Support project financial performance through cost tracking, change management, and disciplined decision-making.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and opportunities with internal teams, leadership, and customers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that strengthen how we execute automation projects.
