Job summary

Frontline Insurance is seeking a Program Manager to drive multi-program initiatives from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment in Florida. You will coordinate with the Program Development Manager to define scope, milestones, costs and dependencies, and deliver compelling business cases.

You will apply Agile methods and AI tools, manage risks and resources, and keep leadership informed with clear reports while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• College degree and/or 3–5 years insurance industry experience
• CAPM or PMO certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of project/program management techniques
• Thorough knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Thorough knowledge of AI tools including MS Copilot
• Working knowledge of MS Office and PM software (MS Project, Jira, PPM Express)
• Business acumen with strategic thinking
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Plan individual programs from appraisal to implementation with deadlines, value, costs, milestones, and dependencies
• Provide deliverables (Project Scope Document/Charter and Business Case) on applicable projects
• Leverage AI tools to manage programs and improve efficiency via agentic workflows within PMO
• Identify/manage process improvements to new/existing framework
• Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed
• Read reports prepared by managers to determine progress and issues
• Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
• Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports, presentations, and site updates
