Insight Global is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead delivery for the Pro AI pod. The role focuses on planning, execution, governance and communication for a high-visibility AI initiative, acting as the pod's operating backbone.

You will drive agile ceremonies, manage blockers, establish governance, and prepare executive-ready updates for Senior Leadership and C-level audiences, while leveraging AI tools to improve planning and productivity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program/delivery management experience, including 3+ years leading agile delivery.
• Experience leading AI, ML, Data, or complex technical initiatives in a retail environment
• Proven track record delivering high-visibility programs with direct executive stakeholder exposure.
• Strong executive communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distill complexity into clear messages and decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with risk/issue management, release management, and change adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the pod's roadmap, balancing scope, timeline, quality and risk.
• Drive agile ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retros) and act as scrum master to keep the team focused on goals.
• Lead backlog prioritization with product and engineering and proactively remove blockers.
• Establish governance and an operating rhythm: status cadences, decision logs, RAID logs, dependency tracking.
• Identify risks and issues early, drive mitigation, and escalates appropriately.
• Coordinate change and release management, including go-lives, rollouts, and adoption across teams.
• Prepare and present executive-ready updates, including dashboards, status reports, and decision briefs, for Senior Leadership and C-level audiences.
• Build relationships and manage conflicts across multiple leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Apply an AI-first mindset by using AI tools (Claude) to improve planning, reporting, documentation, and team productivity.

$60/hr to $68/hr - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

• 7+ years of program/delivery management experience, including 3+ years leading agile delivery.
• Experience leading AI, ML, Data, or complex technical initiatives in a retail environment

• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving scope.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira, Confluence (or similar), Smartsheet, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience building project health reporting and dashboards.
• Practical, hands-on experience using generative AI tools (Claude preferred) in day-to-day work.
• Prior experience delivering AI/ML or data-product initiatives.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or large enterprise environments.
