Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is seeking a Program/Contract Manager to lead program execution for DoD IT initiatives. The role includes integrated workstream oversight, staff planning, risk management, and sustained customer engagement to ensure mission-aligned delivery.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of DoD program mgmt, Agile/DevSecOps experience, cloud familiarity, and PMP or equivalent credential plus CompTIA Security+. Appian experience is preferred.
All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution.
Program/Contract Manager Summary: Leads program execution and is accountable for overall work performance, including integrated team oversight, customer engagement, planning, staffing, risk and issue management, and performance monitoring to keep delivery aligned with mission priorities, schedule goals, and operational outcomes.

The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
DSA - Salary Pay Range
$165,000 - $175,000 USD
