  • Experience developing and executing budget and phasing plans.
  • Experience with cost and performance trades.
  • Experience with utilizing Microsoft Projects.
  • Experience evaluating program objectives, requirements, budgets, schedules, and performance.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Experience supporting aircraft, weapons systems, or related defense acquisitions programs.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

Loch Harbour Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) in Patuxent River, Maryland. The ideal candidate is a seasoned acquisition professional with extensive experience supporting the Department of War aviation programs and a strong background in program management, acquisition planning, budget execution, and schedule management.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

In this role, you will provide program management support for complex aircraft and weapons system acquisition efforts, ensuring successful execution of program objectives while collaborating with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include:

  • Working Hours: Standard business hours with occasional flexibility to support program requirements.
