Loch Harbour Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead critical NAVAIR projects based in Patuxent, Maryland. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a regulated government environment.

Responsibilities include evaluating program objectives, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with documentation and data management processes while coordinating with stakeholders and DoD

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience.
• Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain (US Citizenship required).
• Experience with DoD and SECNAV instructions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee critical projects under NAVAIR in Patuxent, MD.
• Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules.
• Manage documentation, change control, and data management per government processes.
• Track program status and ensure timely execution of milestones.
