Job summary

Amazon is seeking a customer-obsessed Program Manager to own the end-to-end user experience for Brands within A+ Content. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to design scalable features, conduct market research, and manage international stakeholder relationships to expand stores globally.

You will build data-driven reporting, prioritize initiatives, and drive adoption of innovative brand content tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
  • Experience using managed ML/AI solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to design and implement of innovative product features.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to learn about shopper preferences, user needs, and competitive landscape for brand content creation tools.
  • Establish and manage relationships with international stakeholders, identify and pursue store-specific opportunities, including channel and international expansion.
  • Develop business reporting mechanisms and share updates to stakeholders including senior executives.
  • Demonstrate strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Partner with marketing teams to develop scaled marketing campaigns and drive program adoption WW.

A+ Content helps Brands succeed in the Amazon Store by creating rich content experiences intended to showcase their brand story and additional product feature information that can help Customers make informed purchase decisions. We are seeking a customer obsessed Program Manager to own the user experience for Brands end to end. We are looking for someone with a broad background in program management, strong business acumen, who takes ownership of their work, and is focused on customer needs. The successful candidate will have an ability to make data-driven conclusions and will be comfortable with ambiguity while working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The candidate will need to be a collaborator who can work with internal and external teams to define and implement solutions that will yield benefits to Amazon customers and sellers around the world. The successful candidate will also be able to communicate crisply in non-technical terms to senior management.

In this role you will,

Basic Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
